RFQ Guidelines
Customers rely on Model Solution for quality products delivered quickly. We know in order to be the best, we have to do more. Our engineers, designers and production personnel deliver various solutions that meet or exceed look, feel, function and build requirements. Below are some helpful guidelines to use when submitting your Request for Quote.

Please create an account before using the RFQ form. Once you have created an account, you can securely send us design files of any size and other important documents related to your project through our website.
Our team can develop products that achieve the approximate weight of the final product. When weight is important, please include target weight information in your RFQ since the internal structure or your product may change to control the specified weight.
Information of the desired color, material and finish of each part should be included in the RFQ in order to make the product to your exact specifications. A copy of our CFM catalog is available upon request. Supply of Samples and Inserting Parts For more complex designs that require insertion of parts, please provide actual samples and inserting parts. If these are not available, please provide a CAD file of the parts with identical measurements to the originals.

During the initial stages of work, artwork elements such as the view line, location of camera, etc. are essential, and need to be provided.
Model Solution uses LEDs in full-appearance models and mock-ups. Various LED colors (theoretically all colors) are feasible by using RBG LED lighting. Please specify your lighting requirements in the RFQ. If you require more information, please do not hesitate to ask us.
For prototypes that require moving and functional parts, please provide detailed explanations in order for us to determine the proper internal structures for your prototypes.
