CNC Machining

Our rapid CNC milling and turning capabilities enable us to produce the finest, most accurate design prototypes, fully functioning engineering prototypes and master patterns. Our state-of-the-art equipment with more than 70 units and can speed up manufacturing and increase the accuracy of highly complex geometries while meeting tight tolerance demands.

We work with a wide range of materials including ABS, Mc Nylon, Polycarbonate, Glass-filled PC, Ultem, PEEK, Polypropylene, HDPE, Acetyl, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Magnesium, Titanium and Glass 2.5D.

5-Axis Machining

Start with a complex part in a critical application. That’s when you need Model Solution’s expertise and 5-axis machining capability. The HSC 75 Linear Drive 5-axis high-speed precision machine guarantees the accuracy of your design. With simultaneous 5-axis operation, Model Solution can produce your part with ultimate precision in less time.

Measurement

Model Solution checks 100% of its products for measurement accuracy to ensure the highest level of quality control. We use the latest scanning devices such as Carl Zeiss Contura G2 for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and optical CMM to evaluate products against customer designs and document them on FAI (First Article Inspection) report.
